On May 15, THE WELL Coconut Grove unveiled its highly anticipated Sales Gallery with a vibrant evening that drew an influential crowd of journalists, tastemakers, top brokers, real estate insiders, and neighborhood luminaries. Set against the tranquil backdrop of the gallery itself, the night was headlined by an inspiring panel featuring THE WELL co-founders Kane Sarhan and Sarrah Hallock, Medical Director Dr. Robin Rose, and Terra CEO David Martin, who also serves as the project’s visionary developer. Guests sipped on champagne and signature mocktails, mingled over elevated passed bites, and enjoyed whimsical wellness touches like tarot and aura readings—all capturing the spirit of THE WELL’s holistic, elevated approach to modern living. Located at 2835 Tigertail Avenue, THE WELL Coconut Grove represents a visionary collaboration between Terra and THE WELL, the internationally recognized wellness brand based in New York. Designed by renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis, the project offers 194 residences across eight thoughtfully designed floors. Every detail—from layout to materials—embodies holistic living, blending wellness, design, and sustainability into one seamless experience.

Residences range from one to four bedrooms, spanning 960 to 4,200 square feet, and are priced from $1.5 million. THE WELL Coconut Grove is the second branded residence collaboration between Terra and THE WELL, following the success of THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands, slated to open in Q3 2025. Construction on the Coconut Grove location will begin in Q4 2025, with completion anticipated in Q1 2028.
