SOLD! Actor and Producer Christian Slater’s stunning Coconut Grove home just fetched a whopping $4.258 million!

Christian Slater, famous actor and film producer, recently sold his stunning Coconut Grove home in just 3 days for a remarkable $4.258 million, surpassing the asking price by 10%. The magnificent property, located at 3618 Saint Gaudens Rd, was represented by Liz Hogan and Charles Celesia from Compass for Slater, while Jeannette Behrens from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices represented the buyer, Mafer CG LLC.

This elegant Italian-inspired home boasts four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and spans across 3,370 square feet. The first floor is designed for entertaining, featuring a spacious living area, a cozy fireplace, a den, and a dining area that seamlessly opens up to the outdoor pool space through three custom-arched mahogany doors. The renovated kitchen is a dream with top-of-the-line SubZero, Viking, and Miele appliances, a large pantry, and a breakfast and dining nook area. The remaining three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the second floor, while the oversized master suite offers a picturesque Juliet balcony overlooking the pool, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite marble bathroom complete with a separate shower and soaking tub. For those seeking relaxation, there is a massive rooftop terrace with multiple seating areas and lounging chairs.

The outdoor space is equally impressive, featuring a large heated pool, impact windows, and a whole-home generator. Additionally, the property includes a detached guest suite with its own bedroom and full bathroom, including a steam shower.

In addition to his recent real estate success, Slater has had a string of notable career achievements, including starring in acclaimed productions like “Dr. Death,” “Inside Job,” and “Mr. Robot.” He made his unforgettable film debut in “The Legend of Billie Jean” and rose to prominence with his breakthrough role as the sociopathic high school student, Jason “J.D.” Dean, in the iconic satire “Heathers.”
