Sapore di Mare has reopened in a new Coconut Grove Location

Sapore di Mare has officially reopened in a new Coconut Grove location at 3433 Main Highway, marking an exciting new chapter for the beloved Italian seafood restaurant. The space was previously home to Like Mike, a well-known local dining spot, adding to the location’s history as a destination for notable culinary concepts in the neighborhood.

Previously located on Grand Avenue, Sapore di Mare has long been a favorite among locals for its authentic cuisine and welcoming atmosphere.

The new space introduces an upgraded dining experience inspired by the Amalfi Coast, featuring elegant coastal décor and a distinctive boat-like ambiance that transports guests to the seaside villages of southern Italy. The redesign reflects the restaurant’s commitment to authenticity while enhancing comfort and atmosphere for both returning guests and newcomers.

Since its original opening, Sapore di Mare has built a strong reputation for traditional Italian cooking, with a focus on fresh seafood and house-made pasta. Its menu draws from classic coastal recipes, offering dishes that highlight high-quality ingredients and time-honored techniques. Over the years, the restaurant became a staple in the Coconut Grove community, known for its intimate setting and consistent dedication to flavor and hospitality.

At the new location, guests can continue to enjoy a menu centered on homemade pastas, fresh seafood, and signature Italian specialties. The restaurant offers dine-in, takeout, and delivery service within a five-mile radius, providing flexibility for a range of dining preferences.

Sapore di Mare is open daily from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with slight variations on weekends. Reservations are highly recommended following the reopening due to increased demand.
