Francesca Morello’s journey began right here in Coconut Grove. A proud Carrollton alumna and Grove native, Francesca always had a passion for baking—and a deep desire to make healthy living easier (and more delicious) for everyone.

That dream came to life when she opened CraveClean, a protein bake shop originally located on SW 8th Street and later across from CocoWalk at 3012 Grand Avenue. Nestled next to Soles sneaker store, CraveClean quickly became a neighborhood favorite for clean, high-protein indulgences that didn’t compromise on taste. The Coconut Grove Grapevine even spotlighted the shop back in the day.

The mission? Simple. Bridge the gap between fitness and foodies. Francesca created treats that were gluten-free, low in sugar and carbs, high in protein—and always made with real, wholesome ingredients. From donuts to cupcakes, brownies to muffins, CraveClean had it all, and every bite proved that healthy eating doesn’t have to feel like a sacrifice.

With growing demand and a vision for broader impact, Francesca made a bold move: she transitioned CraveClean from a local bakery to a national packaged product brand, allowing people across the country to enjoy her guilt-free snacks.

Afters years in the kitchen baking, she created the Crave Pops—the brand’s signature on-the-go snack—are available online and in local favorites like Milam’s Markets, The Last Carrot, Sky Café, and even Miami International Airport news shops. With flavors like the White Chocolate Brownie, they’re perfect for busy lives and clean-eating goals alike.
