Coconut Grove Inaugurates “The Grove Brunch Club” on September 21 and Cements Its Spot as Miami’s Brunch Capital

More than 10 Restaurants in the Grove’s Business Improvement District (BID) will Participate in this Event on National Brunch Day by offering Exclusive Discounts and Deals

MIAMI – September 8 – This month, Coconut Grove is putting brunch on the map. The Coconut Grove Business Improvement District (BID) is proud to announce the launch of “The Grove Brunch Club,” a dynamic culinary campaign positioning the Grove as Miami’s go-to destination for brunch lovers. With over 10 restaurants serving up everything from bottomless mimosas to Miami Spice brunch prices, this initiative will culminate in a community-wide celebration on National Brunch Day, September 21.

Known for its lush tree-lined streets, eclectic charm, and walkable layout, Coconut Grove is home to a rich and varied dining scene that is exceedingly popular for brunch. Whether guests crave coastal seafood, vegan innovation, or global fusion with a side of Cuban coffee, the Grove serves it up with style.

Highlights of “The Grove Brunch Club” includes specials at restaurants like bottomless mimosas or brunch cocktail packages and some restaurants will be offering unforgettable brunch options at “Miami Spice prices.” The BID will also provide 200 branded stemless wine glasses for all participating restaurants as a souvenir for guests to take home and 10 champagne buckets exclusively for tables that choose the unlimited package. Those joining The Grove Brunch Club can expect other activations throughout 2025.

“Inspiration for The Grove Brunch Club came from what we see every weekend: families, friends and visitors lingering over great food and sunny sidewalks,” said Kristell Hurtado, marketing director for the Coconut Grove BID. “We wanted to turn that energy into a neighborhood-wide celebration that spotlights our restaurants, encourages people to explore on foot, and gives locals another reason to say, ‘Let’s meet in the Grove.'”

Participating restaurants include beloved neighborhood staples like Jaguar Restaurant, Emissary, Greenstreet Cafe, Amal, Level 6, Narbona, Crema Gourmet, Carrot Express, Craft and Chug’s Diner, and more are being added daily. Guests can expect delicious food crafted by your favorite local spots and live music throughout the neighborhood. Some restaurant highlights for the holiday include: $35 Miami Spice Brunch at both Amal and Level 6, 10% off at Emissary Cafe when mentioning “The Grove Brunch Club” and Churro Waffle and Miami Mimosa specials at Chug’s. For $80, the Grove Art Studio is also offering an indoor daytime camp for children for three hours while parents celebrate National Brunch Day.

“We’re not only thrilled to be named Miami’s Brunch Capital, but we also love any opportunity to spotlight the incredible culinary talent here in the Grove,” says Mark Burns, executive director of the Coconut Grove BID. “To us, it’s about building Coconut Grove’s identity as a year-round brunch haven that locals and tourists will continue to cherish! We invite everyone to join us to celebrate.”
